My favorite family health hack is my “Hidden Spinach”
Is your spinach about to go bad?
Place as much spinach in your food processor as possible
Add avocado oil (virtually tasteless)
Add a few nuts (I like pecans)
Puree. Add more spinach. Puree. Add more spinach. Add oil. Add nuts. Add salt
Continue until you have pesto consistency
Place in small Mason Jars.
Thaw and smother over meat/eggs/salad/or eat from jar
Bake in brownies. Hide in pasta sauce
Little mason jars of nutrients to hide in everything you cook!
