Chocolate For Breakfast

Today I feel it

And it’s not even noon.

I haven’t even gone to work yet.

I ditched my work out prematurely.

I had chocolate chips for breakfast

I Ignored my kids to drink my coffee.

I Haven’t celebrated my anniversary

And it was 2 days ago!

I bought new shoes.

I spent too much.

I can’t keep piling it on.

It can be paralyzing.

I need to shift my perspective

Here it goes ….

I got to the gym!!

I had antioxidants in for breakfast!

I allowed my kids to play creatively together!

I have a date with my hubby tomorrow!

I did something good for my foot health!

I bought quality!

That’s better.

I feel better.
